TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Strictly for Mountain Bungalow only. Room upgrade is not allowed.
• Travel Period: until December 23, 2024
• Blackout dates apply during holidays including but not limited to:
  • Dec 24, 2023 to Jan 2, 2024
  • Mar 28-30, 2024.
• Food and Beverage credit can be used for orders at Sulu Restaurant and Bahura Bar only. Unconsumed food and beverage credit will be forfeited.
• Malcapuya Tour via Outrigger Boat with Snack (Discover Scuba Diving can be an alternate option but subject to availability, sea condition and dive master’s clearance).
• Dinner by the beach set-up location is subject to weather condition.
• Discover scuba diving is not applicable to bookings with child/ren. Malcapuya Tour via Outrigger Boat with Snack will automatically apply.
• Narra Spa Massage must be booked in advance. Other inclusions can be scheduled upon check-in, subject to availability or can be pre-booked except for the Discover Scuba Diving.
• Flight booking is not included.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is non refundable but includes one-time rebooking within the travel period.
• Rebooking must be done 15 days prior to the original travel date.
• Package rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts (e.g., Senior, PWD discounts).
• Not applicable to group bookings. Reservation is transferable.
• Standard Two Seasons Hotel & Resort policies shall apply.
• In case the cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure, or acts of God, as defined by law, both parties will make an agreement for re- scheduling. Cancellations caused by government restrictions/mandates can be re-scheduled but not refunded.
• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any boat trip, flight disruptions and medical/accidents emergencies.
• No-show caused by flight delays and/or flight/ boat trips cancellations is subject to forfeiture. The hotel/resort will not be held liable for any provisions of refund/rebooking for cancellations caused by rampant gale warning notices of boat trips from El Nido to Coron and other cancellation reasons within the boat’s or airline’s control (e.g., maintenance, preparedness to operate, permits/ clearances, crew problems, oversold tickets, technical concerns, aircraft/ boat cleaning, baggage loading, fueling, etc.).

FLIGHT BOOKINGS AND IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. As guided by the Philippine Coast Guard safety restrictions/permits, our boats travel daily from 6:15am to 4:00pm only. For the safety of our guests, please note that land and sea transfer to and from Busuanga Airport/ Resort takes approximately 1½ to 2 hours depending on sea and weather conditions.
2. Two Seasons boats will sail in daylight and are not allowed to sail in dark/night time. It is our guideline that departing guests must leave from the resort 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight. We dedicate time allowance for any unavoidable traffic on boat ride / van service during the trip that would require time for backup or support on our end.
3. Coron Local Government Unit (LGU) will collect a mandatory Environmental Fee of Php200 per for 11 y/o and above, Php100.00 for 10 y/o and below at the airport. Please prepare cash for your convenience. Prices/fees may change from time to time.
4. For safety and security precautions, resort guests are strictly prohibited from hiring boats and tour guides/tour operators from Coron, Town.

Manila to Busuanga flight (Arrival)

• We highly recommend an early flight from Manila to Busuanga (Coron).
• Do not book a flight arriving Coron at 4:00 pm and beyond. It will be insufficient to travel to our island resort and cancellations/flight time adjustments are prevalent in afternoon flights especially during the rainy season.
• Guests billeted in the same room must share exactly the same flight details as the Resort will only be providing one round-trip land and boat transfers per bungalow
• Do not book connecting flights with your domestic and international destinations
• We highly discourage boat transfers from El Nido to Coron due to frequent trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any boat trip, flight disruptions and medical/accidents emergencies. No-show caused by flight delays and/or flight/boat trips cancellations is subject to forfeiture.

Busuanga to Manila Flight (Departure)

• Do not book flights earlier than 9:00 am.
• Two Seasons boats only travel in daylight and never at night or when the horizon is dark during extreme weather conditions. We adhere to the strict guideline that departing guests must leave the resort 3.5 hours before the scheduled flight as we take due considerations of unavoidable circumstances during land and sea transfers.

Boat Transport (Arrival, Departure, Coron Island Tours)

• We wish to advise you that boat rides can occasionally be bumpy depending on sea conditions. It is our kind recommendation that guests with the following conditions reconsider this prior to pursuing their travel:
  Expectant mothers (Fit for Travel Medical Certificate is required)
  Heart condition or abnormal blood pressure
  Back, neck or similar physical conditions
  Arm or leg casts
  Motion sickness or dizziness
  Recent surgery or other conditions that may be aggravated by this ride
