Promo rates are valid on selected dates between July 1, 2024 to November 30, 2024 and March 1 to May 31, 2025
Blackout dates apply but not limited to April 17 to 19, 2025.
Offer is applicable to new bookings only.
The room is subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Payment is non-refundable and non-rebookable.
Not applicable to group bookings.
Promo rates cannot be used in conjunction with other promos and discounts (e.g. Senior Citizen, PWD discount).
For extension of stay, prevailing best available rates shall apply.
Reservation is transferable.
Standard Two Seasons Hotel & Resort policies shall apply.
In case the cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure, or acts of God, as defined by law, both parties will make an agreement for rescheduling. Cancellations caused by government restrictions can be rescheduled but not refunded.
No-show caused by flight delays and/or flight/boat trips cancellations is subject to forfeiture. The hotel/resort will not be held liable for any provisions of refund/re-booking for cancellations caused by rampant gale warning notices of boat trips from El Nido to Coron and other cancellation reasons within the boat’s or airline’s control (e.g., maintenance, preparedness to operate, permits/clearances, crew problems, oversold tickets, technical concerns, aircraft/boat cleaning, baggage loading, fueling, etc.)
