In case the cancellation is due to fortuitous events, force majeure, or acts of God, as defined by law, both parties will make an agreement for rescheduling. Cancellations caused by government restrictions can be rescheduled but not refunded.
No-show caused by flight delays and/or flight/boat trips cancellations is subject to forfeiture. The hotel/resort will not be held liable for any provisions of refund/re-booking for cancellations caused by rampant gale warning notices of boat trips from El Nido to Coron and other cancellation reasons within the boat’s or airline’s control (e.g., maintenance, preparedness to operate, permits/clearances, crew problems, oversold tickets, technical concerns, aircraft/boat cleaning, baggage loading, fueling, etc.)
